Beijing Lin PETROFER news July 24: According to the Indonesian Ministry of Trade on July 23 said that the Indonesian government will be in August CPO export tariffs from the current 3% adjustment to zero in order to tariffs with the international palm oil prices in line .
In the past month, the international palm oil prices fell below the 700 U.S. dollars / tons, while Indonesia's 700 U.S. dollars is the tax level of export tariffs. And therefore the Government will no longer be collected in August CPO export tariffs.
As the world's largest palm oil producing countries, Indonesia Rotterdam based on a monthly average price for CPO CPO exports next month to determine the benchmark tariff.
According to the Government, if the CPO price of 701-750 U.S. dollars, then the export tariff of 1.5%; 751-800 if the price is in U.S. dollars, the rate at 3%; 801-850 if the price is in U.S. dollars, the rate at 4.5%. If the price of 851-900 U.S. dollars, the tax rate at 6%; 901-950 if the price is in U.S. dollars, the rate at 7.5%.
951-1000 if the price is in U.S. dollars, 10% tax rate; 1001-1050 if the price is in U.S. dollars, 12.5 percent in rate; 1051-1100 if the price is in U.S. dollars, the tax rate at 15%; 1101-1150 if the price is in U.S. dollars, the rate at 17.5 %; million if the price is in 1151-1200, the rate at 20%. 1201-1250 if the price is in U.S. dollars, 22.5 percent in rate. If the price in 1251 U.S. dollars, the tax rate at 25%.
If the price is less than 700 U.S. dollars, then the Government will not impose export tariffs.
